Проєктування технологічного процесу виготовлення черв’яка 600.01.01

Abstract

Записка: 104 с., 21 рис., 32 табл., 20 джерел. Об'єкт розробки – деталь Черв’як 600.01, яка входить до складу талі ручної пересувної черв'ячної ПЗ.71.00.00-01. Мета роботи – проєктування технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі Черв’як 600.01. В роботі виконано аналіз службового призначення талі ручної пересувна черв’ячна, визначені умови їх експлуатації, проведений аналіз технічних вимог, що пред'являються до конструкції деталі. Табличним методом визначено тип виробництва і форма організації робіт. За допомогою ЕОМ обраний метод отримання заготовки. При аналізі технологічної операції заводського технологічного процесу механічної обробки «черв’як» обґрунтовано вибір схеми базування і закріплення заготовки, обладнання та технологічної оснастки, розраховані режими різання і визначені технічні норми часу на операцію. В кінці роботи представлені висновки, додатки і технологічний процес механічної обробки «черв’яка» на бланках КТП.

During the analysis of the technological operation of the factory technological process of mechanical processing of the worm, the choice of the scheme of basing and fixing the workpiece, equipment and technological equipment is substantiated, the cutting modes are calculated and the technical norms of the operation time are determined. At the end of the work, conclusions, appendices and the technological process of mechanical processing of the worm on the KTP forms are presented.
