Abstract

У статті представлено комплексний науково-методологічний підхід до вивчення та інтеграції сучасних глобальних тенденцій в управлінні університетами в контексті стратегічної трансформації вищої освіти в умовах динамічних соціально-економічних і технологічних змін. Аналіз базується на систематизації провідних концепцій розвитку освіти, що відображають еволюцію її технологічного, гуманістичного та соціального вимірів, а також на детальному вивченні тенденцій, визначених у звітах ОЕСР «Тенденції, що формують освіту» на 2022 і 2025 роки. Дослідження зосереджується на вивченні впливу таких факторів, як цифровізація, штучний інтелект, екологічна відповідальність, соціальна згуртованість та міжкультурний діалог, на практики управління університетами. Особлива увага приділяється п'яти сучасним тенденціям, які відповідають глобальним викликам і відображають необхідність гнучких, інклюзивних та стійких стратегій розвитку вищої освіти. Розглядається взаємозв'язок цих тенденцій та сфер управління університетами. Наукова новизна полягає в цілісному поєднанні аналітичного огляду освітніх тенденцій з визначенням конкретних управлінських заходів, спрямованих на підвищення конкурентоспроможності університетів та зміцнення їхньої ролі як активних агентів соціальних трансформацій. Внесок автора полягає у визначенні еволюції пріоритетів у період між 2022 і 2025 роками та обґрунтуванні їхнього значення для стратегічного планування у сфері вищої освіти. Крім того, проаналізовано, як зміни визначають нові пріоритети управління та змінюють підходи до розробки освітніх програм і підтримки академічної спільноти. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в можливості їх використання для розробки університетських стратегій, що враховують цифрову трансформацію, розвиток освіти, підтримку психічного та фізичного благополуччя академічної спільноти та зміцнення міжнародного співробітництва. Основні висновки підтверджують, що успішне управління університетом у XXI столітті вимагає інтеграції технологічних інновацій, етичних принципів, міждисциплінарних підходів та стратегічного прогнозування в єдиний комплекс управлінських рішень, здатних забезпечити адаптацію до швидких і складних змін у глобальному середовищі, зберігаючи при цьому соціальну місію освіти та її роль у формуванні цінностей і компетентностей майбутнього. Узагальнені висновки, представлені в статті, можуть слугувати орієнтиром для адаптації вищих навчальних закладів до глобальних викликів, підвищення їх ефективності та зміцнення соціальної ролі університетів у сучасному світі.

The article presents a comprehensive scientific and methodological approach to studying and integrating modern global trends in university management in the context of the strategic transformation of higher education in the context of dynamic socio-economic and technological changes. The analysis is based on the systematization of leading concepts of education development, reflecting the evolution of its technological, humanistic, and social dimensions, and a detailed study of the trends identified in the OECD Trends Shaping Education reports for 2022 and 2025. The research focuses on studying the impact of factors such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, environmental responsibility, social cohesion, and intercultural dialogue on university management practices. Particular attention is paid to five current trends that are consistent with global challenges and reflect the need for flexible, inclusive, and sustainable strategies for developing higher education. The relationship between these trends and areas of university management is considered. The scientific novelty lies in the holistic combination of an analytical review of educational trends with the identification of specific management actions aimed at increasing the competitiveness of universities and strengthening their role as active agents of social transformations. The author's contribution lies in identifying the evolution of priorities between 2022 and 2025 and substantiating their significance for strategic planning in higher education. Additionally, it is analyzed how shifts determine new management priorities and change approaches to the development of educational programs and support of the academic community. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use for the development of university strategies that consider digital transformation, the development of education, support for the mental and physical well-being of the academic community and strengthening international cooperation. The main conclusions confirm that successful university management in the 21st century requires the integration of technological innovations, ethical principles, interdisciplinary approaches and strategic foresight into a single set of management decisions capable of ensuring adaptation to rapid and complex changes in the global environment, while preserving the social mission of education and its role in shaping the values and competencies of the future. The generalized conclusions presented in the article can serve as a guideline for adapting higher education institutions to global challenges, increasing their efficiency, and strengthening the social role of universities in the modern world.
