Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі детально досліджено стратегічні напрями розвитку Садівської сільської громади Сумського району, враховуючи соціально-економічний потенціал та поточні виклики. Здійснено аналіз основних понять, які використовуються в досліджуваній сфері, і розглянуто їхнє значення для формування стратегії розвитку громади. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу проблем, таких як недостатня інфраструктура, підтримка малого бізнесу, екологічні питання та низький рівень залученості молоді в громадську діяльність. У роботі запропоновано комплексну стратегію розвитку, що включає інвестиції в соціальну та інфраструктурну сфери, підтримку екологічних ініціатив і культурних програм. Для забезпечення сталого розвитку громади розроблено практичні рекомендації, які зосереджуються на інноваційних підходах до управління та залученні громадськості до процесу трансформації громади, а також реалізації ефективних механізмів моніторингу та оцінки. Розроблено комплексну програму, спрямовану на залучення молоді до активної громадської та соціальної діяльності в Садівській громаді. Програма включає організацію заходів, таких як волонтерські акції, освітні проекти, спортивні змагання та культурні події, з метою формування активної громадянської позиції серед молоді та розвитку місцевих ініціатив.The qualification work examines in detail the strategic directions for the development of the Sadivska rural community of Sumy district, taking into account the socio-economic potential and current challenges. The analysis of the main concepts used in the research area is carried out, and their significance for the formation of a community development strategy is considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of problems such as insufficient infrastructure, support for small businesses, environmental issues and low level of youth involvement in public activities. The work proposes a comprehensive development strategy that includes investments in the social and infrastructure sectors, support for environmental initiatives and cultural programs. To ensure sustainable development of the community, practical recommendations have been developed that focus on innovative approaches to management and involving the public in the process of community transformation, as well as the implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. A comprehensive program has been developed aimed at involving youth in active public and social activities in the Sadivska community.
