Проектування технологічного процесу виготовлення вала ТВ 300.000.02.01

Записка: 69 с., 18 рис., 19 табл., 25 літературних джерел. Об’єкт розробки – «Вал ТВ 300.000.02.01». Мета роботи – проектування технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Вал ТВ 300.000.02.01». Виконано аналіз службового призначення машини, вузла, деталі, технічних вимог. Визначено тип виробництва та спосіб отримання заготовки, розроблені технічні вимоги до неї. Виконано аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі та розрахунок припусків на механічну обробку заготовки табличним методом. Виконано аналіз операцій токарної з ЧПК та фрезерної з ЧПК. Обґрунтовано вибір схем базування заготовки, обладнання, верстатного пристосування, ріжучого та вимірювального інструменту. Визначено режими обробки. Виконано технічне нормування операції. Розроблено верстатне пристосування на операцію 035. Розглянуто параметри які характеризують вібрацію, дію на організм людини, нормування та засоби захисту. Розроблено комплект технологічної документації на картах КТП. Розроблено креслення заготовки та маршрутного технологічного процесу.Note: 69 pp., 18 figures, 19 tables, 25 literary sources. The object of development is «TV Shaft 300.000.02.01». The purpose of the work is to design the technological process of manufacturing a part of "Shaft TV 300.000.02.01". The analysis of the service purpose of the machine, the unit, details, technical requirements is performed. The type of production and the method of obtaining the workpiece are determined, the technical requirements for it are developed. The workability of the workpiece design and calculation of allowances for machining of the workpiece by the table method were performed. The analysis of the operations of the CNC lathe and the CNC milling was performed. The choice of circuits of base of workpiece, equipment, machine tool, cutting and measuring tool is grounded. Processing modes are defined. The technical normalization of the operation was performed. A machine tool for operation 035 has been developed. Parameters characterizing the vibration, effect on the human body, normalization and means of protection are considered. The set of technological documentation on the maps of KTP was developed. Drawings of the workpiece and the route technological process have been developed.
