Впровадження ефективної інноваційної політики в діяльності компанії ТОВ "Нова Пошта"

Abstract

На сучасному етапі розвитку для забезпечення постійного оновлення продукції і вдосконалення виробничих процесів слід постійно виявляти поточні та майбутні проблеми, пов'язані із зміною життєвого циклу продукції й технології. Це – пошук інноваційної діяльності в різних напрямах з виділенням окремих сучасних проектів, пріоритетних на час їх актуалізації. Управління сукупністю інноваційних процесів визначає таку політику підприємства, яка формується на основі певних принципів і встановлює зв'язок між розвитком компанії і напрямами її інноваційної діяльності. У статті розглянуто методичний підхід до визначення ефективності інноваційної політики ТОВ "Нова Пошта", проаналізовано основні економічні показники досліджуваної компанії та здійснено оцінку ефективності її інноваційної політики і визначено напрямки її вдосконалення.At the current stage of development for securing the continuous improvement of products and in detailing the viral processes at the production facilities, there have been continually emerging problems and problems related to the changing technology of life.
