Abstract
In this paper the existing mechanism of innovative resources management at the industrial enterprise JSC «Sumy Frunze Machine-Building Science and Production Association» is considered, the expediency of creation of the specialized innovative development department is submitted, its basic functions and tasks, and also advantages of the enterprise at occurrence of this structural department are reflected.
