Системний фінансовий ризик: особливості регулювання у світовій практиці

Abstract

У статті досліджено існуючі підходи до регулювання системного фінансового ризику у світовій практиці: залежно від факторів виникнення ризику, включення до системи регулювання ринку цінних паперів, залежно від участі фінансової установи у формуванні системного ризику, регулювання системно важливих фінансових інститутів, регулювання тіньового банківництва. Наголошено на необхідності впровадження макропруденційного регулювання системного фінансового ризику та його можливих суб’єктів.

The article is devoted to the investigation of existing approaches to the regulation of systemic financial risk in the world: according to the factors of risk occurrence, inclusion into the system of securities regulation, depending on the contribution of financial institution in the systemic risk formation, regulation of systemically important financial institutions, regulation of shadow banking. The attention is concentrated on the necessity to implement a system of macro-prudential regulation of systemic financial risk and its potential subjects.
