Шляхи підвищення ефективності фінансової діяльності підприємства

Abstract

Актуальність теми. В умовах зростаючої глобалізації та конкуренції, оптимізація фінансової діяльності стає ключовим елементом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та довгострокової стабільності підприємств. Ефективне управління фінансовими ресурсами дозволяє компаніям не тільки оптимізувати свої поточні витрати, але й забезпечувати необхідний розвиток, інвестуючи в нові технології та рин-ки. Об'єктом дослідження є фінансова діяльність підприємства. Предметом дослідження є методи та інструменти управління фінансо-вою діяльністю на підприємстві. Метою дослідження є аналіз існуючих методик управління фінансами, виявлення проблемних зон у фінансовій діяльності підприємства та визначен-ня оптимальних шляхів їх вирішення. Методи дослідження – аналіз літератури, статистичний аналіз, горизон-тальний та вертикальний аналіз фінансової звітності, аналіз фінансових коефі-цієнтів, дедукція, індукція. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглядаються теоретичні основи управління фінансовою діяльністю підприємства. У другому розділі проаналізовано принципи управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства як напрямок реалізації його фінансової діяльності. У третьому розділі проведено аналіз ефективності здійснення фінансової діяльності на прикладі ПАТ «Техносервіс».Actuality of theme. Effective management of financial resources allows companies not only to optimize their current costs, but also to ensure the necessary development by investing in new technologies and markets. The object of the study is the financial activity of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the methods and tools of managing financial activities at the enterprise. The purpose of the study is the analysis of existing methods of financial management, identification of problem areas in the financial activity of the enterprise and determination of optimal ways to solve them. Research methods – literature analysis, statistical analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis of financial reporting, analysis of financial ratios, deduction, induction. The first section of the qualification paper examines the theoretical foundations of managing the financial activities of the enterprise. The second chapter analyzes the principles of managing the company's financial resources as a direction of implementing its financial activities. In the third section, an analysis of the effectiveness of financial activity was carried out on the example of PJSC "Technoservice".
