Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є міжнародні злиття та поглинання. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи та практична реалізація угод злиття та поглинання компаній на міжнародних ринках. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення сутності угод злиття та поглинання, світового досвіду їх використання, а також проблем і перспектив проведення угод M&A за участю українських підприємств.The object of the study is international mergers and acquisitions. The subject of the study is the theoretical basis and practical implementation of merger and acquisition agreements of companies on international markets. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the essence of merger and acquisition agreements, the world experience of their use, as well as the problems and prospects of conducting M&A agreements with the participation of Ukrainian enterprises
