Abstract

У цій роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи інвестиційної діяльності на підприємстві, а також рівня розвитку інвестиційної діяльності у підприємстві. Виявлено основні методики оцінки та аналізу рівня інвестиційної діяльності на підприємстві на мікро- та макрорівнях. Проаналізовано рівень інвестиційної діяльності у Сумській області. Виявлено проблеми низької інвестиційної привабливості. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня інвестиційної діяльності на підприємстві. Метою роботи є вивчення теоретичних та методичних засад аналізу рівня розвитку інвестиційної діяльності. Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок, список використаної літератури. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні питання інвестиційної діяльності. У другому розділі розглянуто основні методи та методики аналізу інвестиційної діяльності. У третьому розділі зроблено аналіз рівня інвестиційної діяльності.This work examines the theoretical foundations of investment activity at the enterprise, as well as the level of development of investment activity at the enterprise. The main methods of assessment and analysis of the level of investment activity at the enterprise at the micro- and macro-levels have been identified. The level of investment activity in the Sumy region was analyzed. Problems of low investment attractiveness have been identified. Recommendations for increasing the level of investment activity at the enterprise are offered. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the level of development of investment activity. Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used literature. The first chapter deals with theoretical issues of investment activity. In the second chapter, the main methods and methods of analysis of investment activity are considered. The third section analyzes the level of investment activity.
