Development of remote employment as a response to modern social challenges in Ukraine

Abstract

Remote work is becoming increasingly relevant for Ukraine amidst the challenges of recent years, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, full-scale war on the country's territory, and the resulting relocation of many businesses and workers. These factors have influenced the nature of labor processes and the interaction of their participants, prompting many domestic companies to reconsider their strategies and approaches to work.Дистанційна робота стає все більш актуальною для України в умовах викликів останніх років, таких як пандемія COVID-19, повномасштабна війна на території країни і, як наслідок, переїзд багатьох підприємств і працівників. Ці чинники вплинули на характер трудових процесів і взаємодію їх учасників, спонукали багато вітчизняних компаній до перегляду стратегій і підходів до роботи.
