Підвищення ефективності діяльності банку вимагає запровадження в банках науково обґрунтованої системи фінансового менеджменту, яка грунтується на достовірності та типовості даних аналізу поточної ситуації, можливості банку ефективно реагувати на зміну різноманітних факторів, що впливають на продуктивність, розподіл та використання фінансових ресурсів. Продуктивне yпpавління пеpедбачає побyдовy в банках вiдповiдних оpганiзацiйно-методичних систем забезпечення цього yпpавлiння, знання основних механiзмiв фоpмyвання пpибyткy, викоpистання сyчасних методiв його аналiзy.Improving the efficiency of the bank's activity requires the introduction of a scientifically based financial management system in banks, which is based on the reliability and typicality of data from the analysis of the current situation, the ability of the bank to effectively respond to changes in various factors that affect the productivity, distribution and use of financial resources. Productive management presupposes the development in banks of appropriate organizational and methodical systems for ensuring this management, knowledge of the main mechanisms of product formation, and the use of modern methods of its analysis.
