Драйвери і інструменти формування адитивної економіки

Abstract

Стаття аналізує фактори, які обумовлюють перехід до адитивної економіки. Пропонується три групи факторів: необхідності, достатності та цілеспрямування. Остання група визначає напрям, за яким має змінюватися система. Зазначені фактори є драйверами (рушійними силами) трансформації й розвитку систем. Їх дія реалізується через зміну тріади системоутворювальних начал: матеріального (забезпечує силову функцію руху системи), інформаційного (формує спрямованість дії енергетичних імпульсів), синергетичного (забезпечує узгодженість дії окремих складових системи). Відповідно до зазначених трьох груп природних начал, можна розглядати три групи інструментів впливу на трансформаційні процеси: через зміну матеріальних активів, інформаційного алгоритму функціонування систем та корекцію синергетичних факторів (комунікацій, зв’язків, відносин). В статті аналізується еволюція факторів обумовленості започаткування промислових революцій. Окремий акцент робиться на аналізі драйверів, тобто факторів необхідності, достатності й цілеспрямування сучасних промислових революцій. Показується, як хід Industry 3.0 обумовлює старт і реалізацію Industry 4.0, а та, в свою чергу, дає поштовх започаткування Industry 5.0. .The article analyzes the factors that determine the transition to the additive economy. Three groups of factors are proposed: necessity, sufficiency and purposefulness. The last group determines the direction in which the system should change. The specified factors are drivers (driving forces) of system transformation and development. Their action is implemented through the change of the triad of system-forming principles: material (ensures the power function of the movement of the system), informational (forms the direction of action of energy impulses), synergistic (ensures the coherence of the action of individual components of the system). According to these three groups of natural principles, three groups of tools for influencing transformational processes can be considered: through the change of material assets, the information algorithm of the functioning of systems and the correction of synergistic factors (communications, connections, relations). The article analyzes the evolution of factors determining the initiation of industrial revolutions. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of drivers, i.e. factors of necessity, sufficiency and purposefulness of modern industrial revolutions. It is shown how the course of Industry 3.0 determines the start and implementation of Industry 4.0, and that, in turn, gives impetus to the initiation of Industry 5.0.
