Abstract

Страхування життя відіграє важливу роль як елемент системи соціального захисту, що дозволяє забезпечити фінансову підтримку громадянам у випадку настання непередбачуваних обставин. Водночас, український ринок страхування життя значно відстає від рівня розвинених країн, що вимагає додаткових досліджень у цьому напрямі. Недостатній рівень фінансової грамотності населення, слабка державна підтримка, а також нестабільність законодавчої бази стримують розвиток цього сегмента. У зв’язку з цим аналіз сучасного стану та визначення перспектив розвитку страхування життя є надзвичайно актуальним.Life insurance plays a crucial role as an integral part of the social protection system, enabling financial support for citizens in the event of unforeseen circumstances. However, the Ukrainian life insurance market significantly lags behind the level of developed countries, which necessitates further research in this area. The insufficient level of financial literacy among the population, weak governmental support, and the instability of the legislative framework hinder the development of this sector. In this regard, the analysis of the current state and the identification of development prospects for life insurance are of particular relevance.
