Проектування технологічного процесу виготовлення валу 2560-46-85

Abstract

Об'єкт розробки – технологічний процес по виготовленню валу 2560-46-85 редуктора установки підйомна для освоєння і ремонту нафтових і газових свердловин УПА-60А. У дипломному проекті здійснений аналіз функціонального призначення машини в цілому, а також окремих її вузлів і конструктивних елементів. Проведено оцінювання відповідності деталей установленим технічним вимогам. Розглянуто та проаналізовано методи одержання заготовки. Сформовано раціональну послідовність механічних операцій у межах технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі. Визначено та технічно обґрунтовано режими різання й нормативи часу. Аргументовано вибір засобів технологічного оснащення й обладнання, здійснено проєктування спеціального верстатного пристрою. Окрему увагу приділено питанням охорони праці на всіх етапах виробництва.The object of development is the technological process for manufacturing the shaft 2560-46-85 of the gear unit of the lifting unit for the development and repair of oil and gas wells UPA-60A. The diploma project analyzes the functional purpose of the machine as a whole, as well as its individual components and structural elements. The conformity of parts to the established technical requirements is assessed. Methods for obtaining the workpiece are considered and analyzed. A rational sequence of mechanical operations is formed within the technological process of manufacturing the part. Cutting modes and time standards are determined and technically justified. The choice of technological equipment and equipment is justified, and a special machine tool is designed. Special attention is paid to labor protection issues at all stages of production.
