Tax integration in European countries: development and consequences

Abstract

In this paper the authors prove the actuality of the analysis of social and labor relations in monoprofile municipalities today. The specific features of social and labor relations at a town-forming enterprise of a monoprofile municipality are displayed. The concepts of “sustainable development of social and labor relations” and “sustainable security of social and labor relations” of a town-forming enterprise of a monoprofile municipality are developed. The authors proposed a methodological approach to the evaluation of sustainable security of social and labor relations of a town-forming enterprise of a monoprofile municipality.

У цій статті автори доводять актуальність аналізу соціально-трудових відносин в монопрофільних муніципалітетах. Особливості соціально-трудових відносин на містоутворюючому підприємстві в монопрофільних муніципалітетах були розглянуті в статті. Поняття «сталого розвитку соціально-трудових відносин» і «сталої безпеки соціально-трудових відносин» того чи іншого містоутворюючого підприємства в монопрофільних муніципалітету виділені авторами. В статті запропоновано методологічний підхід до оцінки стійкої безпеки соціальних і трудових відносин містоутворюючим підприємством в монопрофільних муніципалітетах.
