Contemporary Challenges for Higher Education Applicants in Ukraine: A Philosophical and Attitudinal Aspect

Abstract

Сучасні соціокультурні умови суттєво впливають на зміни та перетворення в системі освіти України. Ціннісний вимір освіти констатує зниження всіх показників, що впливають на кількісну та якісну сторони освіти. Метою статті є аналіз педагогічних (організаційно-виховних, методичних і дидактичних) проблем української освіти. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на загальнонауковому, науково-педагогічному та філософському методах визначення показників якості вищої освіти. Тому сучасні виклики системи вищої освіти України вимагають акумулювання зусиль усіх учасників освітнього процесу (викладачів, студентів, адміністраторів) для подолання негативних впливів на якість освіти.

Modern socio-cultural conditions significantly affect changes and transformations in the education system of Ukraine. The value dimension of education states a decrease in all indicators affecting the quantitative and qualitative aspects of education. The purpose of the article is the analysis of pedagogical (organizational and educational, methodical and didactic) problems of Ukrainian education. The research methodology is based on general scientific, scientific-pedagogical and philosophical methods of determining quality indicators of higher education. Therefore, the modern challenges of the higher education system of Ukraine require the accumulation of efforts of all participants in the educational process (teachers, students, administrators) to overcome the negative effects on the quality of education.
