Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення теоретичних засад міжнародної трудової міграції, її впливу на світову економіку, а також розробка та обґрунтування напрямів її вдосконалення. Об'єктом дослідження є процеси розвитку міжнародної трудової міграції. Предметом дослідження є пошук шляхів стабілізації трудової міграції через впровадження відповідних регуляторних практик. Завданнями роботи є - виявити причини міжнародної міграції, обґрунтувати їх теоретично та практично; - визначити місце міжнародної трудової міграції у світовій економіці; - розглянути правову природу міграції; - проаналізувати масштаби трудової міграції у світі; - розглянути вплив міжнародної трудової міграції на економіку економіку країн світу; розглянути вплив міжнародної трудової міграції на економіку країн; - визначити перспективи розвитку міжнародної трудової міграції в процесі глобалізації.

The purpose of the master's degree qualification paper is to summarize the theoretical foundations of international labor migration, its impact on the world economy, and to develop and justify directions for its improvement. The object of the study is the processes of development of international labor migration. The subject of the study is the search for ways to stabilize labor migration through the implementation of appropriate regulatory practices. The objectives of the work are: - to identify the causes of international migration, to substantiate them theoretically and practically; - to identify the place of international labor migration in the world economy; - to consider the legal nature of migration; - to analyze the scale of labor migration in the world; - to consider the impact of international labor migration on the economy of countries' economies; - to determine the prospects for the development of international labor migration in the process of globalization.
