Проблеми вилучення неякісної та небезпечної продукції з обігу

Abstract

У статті досліджуються питання щодо проблем недопущення потрапляння в обіг та вилучення з обігу неякісних і небезпечних продуктів харчування, ефективності системи технічного регулювання та споживчої політики, забезпечення ефективного державного контролю за дотриманням вимог нормативних актів у сфері регулювання торговельної діяльності.

In the article questions are probed in relation to the problems of non-admission of hit in an appeal and exception of off-grade and dangerous food, efficiency of the system of the technical adjusting and consumer policy, providing of effective state control, stuffs after the observance of requirements of normative acts in the field of adjusting of point-of-sale activity.
