Специфіка оцінки вартості малого підприємництва

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто фундаментальні аспекти оцінки вартості малого бізнесу, методи та етапи процесу оціночної діяльності на підприємстві. Наведена основна інформація про об'єкт дослідження, специфіку його діяльності. Також проведено оцінку вартості бізнесу на прикладі компанії «Бельвіль» з використанням дохідного підходу. На базі проведеного дослідження та наявних даних, розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації діяльності компанії «Бельвіль» та підвищення її ринкової вартості.The paper examines the fundamental aspects of assessing the value of a small business, the methods and stages of the evaluation process at the enterprise. Basic information about the object of research, the specifics of its activity is provided. An assessment of the value of the business was also carried out using the example of the company "Belleville" using the income approach. Based on the conducted research and available data, recommendations were developed to optimize the activities of the "Belleville" company and increase its market value.
