Проектування технологічного процесу виготовлення обмежувача К93-01.002

Abstract

Пояснювальна записка містить 58 с., 8 табл., 11 рис., 15 джерел, 2 додатка. Об’єкт розробки – деталь «Обмежувач К93-01.002». Мета роботи – аналіз та вдосконалення операцій технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі «Обмежувач К93-01.002». У дипломній роботі бакалавра проаналізовано службове призначення машини, вузла і деталі; технічні вимоги до деталі, її технологічність і спосіб отримання заготовки – поковка кована. В роботі розроблена операційна технологія для виготовлення деталі. На операції розраховані режими різання та проведене нормування часу. Обрані верстатні пристрої, ріжучий і вимірювальний інструмент для обробки деталі. Спроектовано верстатний пристрій на 030 – вертикально-свердлильну операцію з ЧПК. Також в роботі розглянуті основні питання з охорони праці при експлуатації посудин, що працюють під тиском.The explanatory note contains 58 pages, 8 tables, 11 figures, 15 sources, 2 appendices. Object of development - detail "Limiter K93-01.002". The purpose of the work is to analyze and improve the operations of the technological process of mechanical processing of the part «Limiter К93-01.002». The diploma work of the bachelor analyzed the service purpose of the machine, assembly and parts; technical requirements for the part, its manufacturability and method of obtaining the workpiece - forging forged. In the work the operating technology for manufacturing of details is developed. Cutting modes and time normalization are calculated for the operation. Machine tools, cutting and measuring tools for machining parts are selected. The machine tool is designed for 030 - vertical-drilling operation with a CNC. The article also deals with the main issues of occupational safety when operating pressure vessels.
