Аналіз виробничо-збутової діяльності підприємницької структури

Abstract

Метою роботи є вивчення теоретичних питань аналізу виробництва та збуту, розроблення напрямків підвищення ефективності діяльності на прикладі ТОВ «Десна». Об’єктом дослідження є виробничо-збутова діяльність підприємства. Предметом дослідження є аналіз обсягів виробництва і збуту продукції та основні шляхи підвищення ефективності діяльності ТОВ «Десна». У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи виробничо-збутової діяльності, а саме її економічна сутність, методичні підходи щодо оцінки ефективності виробничої діяльності та принципи, функції й структуру організації збуту на підприємстві. Надана загальна характеристика підприємства ТОВ «Десна», проаналізовано його економічний стан й виробничо-збутову діяльність. Наведені рекомендації щодо поліпшення ефективності діяльності підприємства.The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical issues of analysis of production and sales, development of directions for increasing the efficiency of activity on the example of LLC "Desna". The object of the study is the production and sales activity of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the analysis of production and sales volumes and the main ways to improve the efficiency of Desna LLC. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of production and sales activity, namely its economic essence, methodical approaches to assessing the efficiency of production activity, and the principles, functions, and structure of the sales organization at the enterprise. The general characteristics of the LLC "Desna" enterprise are provided, its economic condition and production and sales activities are analyzed. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of the enterprise are given.
