Проєктний підхід в управлінні розвитком підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Істок-Автозапчастина»)

Abstract

В роботі проведено аналіз підприємства та обґрунтування впровадження проєктного підходу для ТОВ «Істок-Автозапчастина», з визначенням його впливу на загальну діяльність підприємства та можливості подальшого вдосконалення. Для досягнення поставленої мети використовуються методи аналізу та порівняльного огляду літературних джерел, синтез, індукція, дедукція абстрагування, емпіричні методи дослідження на прикладі досліджуваного підприємства, а також методи впровадження проектів. Робота була присвячена розгляду теоретичних і методичних основ щодо актуальності впровадження проєкту на підприємстві. На основі чинників зовнішнього та внутрішнього впливу, розрахунків та фінансових даних досліджуваного підприємства, що були проведені у другому розділі, в третьому розділі було запропоновано розроблення проєкту для розвитку підприємства, а саме франшизи, виходячи з умов, які були на підприємстві. Опираючись на результати, були розроблені рекомендації щодо розроблення даного проєкту.In the work, an analysis of the enterprise and justification of the implementation of the project approach for LLC "Istok-Avtozapchastina" was carried out, with the determination of its impact on the general activity of the enterprise and the possibility of further improvement. To achieve the goal, methods of analysis and comparative review of literary sources, synthesis, induction, deduction of abstraction, empirical methods of research on the example of the investigated enterprise, as well as methods of project implementation are used. The work was devoted to consideration of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the relevance of project implementation at the enterprise. Based on the factors of external and internal influence, calculations and financial data of the investigated enterprise, which were carried out in the second section, in the third section it was proposed to develop a project for the development of the enterprise, namely franchise, based on the conditions that existed at the enterprise. Based on the results, recommendations were developed for the development of this project.
