Особливості суб’єктів регулювання системного фінансового ризику у світовій практиці

Abstract

У статті розглядаються особливості суб'єктів регулювання системних фінансових ризиків, зокрема, доцільність створення окремого незалежного суб'єкта регулювання в країні або передачі необхідних повноважень і функцій до вже існуючих суб'єктів регулювання. Наводяться аргументи щодо можливостей передачі відповідних повноважень регулювання системних фінансових ризиків до центрального банку.The article is about the peculiarities of subjects of systemic financial risk regulation, particularly on the creation of separate independent subject of regulation in the country or transfer of the necessary powers and functions to already existing subjects of regulation. The arguments of the possibilities of transferring the appropriate powers on systemic financial risk regulation to central bank and its functions are determined.
