В роботі запропоновані вдосконалення технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Вкладка 25.01.48.02-09»: вибраний найбільш раціональний спосіб закріплення заготовки, вибрано сучасні верстати та вимірювальний інструмент. Проведене технічне нормування операції. Спроєктована роботизована дільниця. Вибраний спосіб отримання заготовки – Прокат. Вибрані верстатні пристрої, вимірювальний інструменти, робот, розраховані норми часу. Метою роботи є : підвищення ефективності механічної обробки деталі «Вкладка 25.01.48.02-09» за рахунок впровадження сучасного технологічного оснащення з використанням прогресивних розробок інструментального виробництва, здатних забезпечити якісну обробку заготовок. Об’єкт дослідження – технологічний процес механічної обробки деталі «Вкладка 25.01.48.02-09». Предмет дослідження – операції технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі «Вкладка».
