Management of Investment Project Under Modern Conditions

Abstract

The structure and length of the bachelor’s thesis. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references containing 60 sources, and appendices. The total length of the bachelor’s thesis is 59 pages, including 17 tables, 1 Figure, and list of references. The aim of the thesis. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the principles, challenges, and contemporary practices of investment project management, using the Ferrero Group as a case study. According to the aim, the following objectives were identified: ● to analyze theoretical and methodological foundations of investment project management in the modern global economy; ● to examine Ferrero’s organizational and economic approaches to managing investment initiatives; ● to evaluate current investment projects within Ferrero and develop proposals to improve their strategic and operational management. Subject of research is the investment decision-making process and project management activities within Ferrero, including resource allocation, performance assessment, and strategic planning. Study object is the organizational, financial, and technological mechanisms used by Ferrero Group for implementing investment projects across its global operations. Research methods.The methodological basis of the thesis includes the system approach, economic-statistical methods, comparative analysis, risk assessment, investment efficiency evaluation (NPV, IRR), forecasting techniques, and project lifecycle modeling.

Метою даної роботи є аналіз принципів, викликів та сучасних практик управління інвестиційними проєктами на прикладі компанії Ferrero Group. Відповідно до поставленої мети були визначені наступні завдання: ● проаналізувати теоретичні та методологічні основи управління інвестиційними проєктами в умовах сучасної глобальної економіки; ● дослідити організаційні та економічні підходи Ferrero до управління інвестиційними ініціативами; ● оцінити поточні інвестиційні проєкти Ferrero та розробити пропозиції щодо вдосконалення їх стратегічного та операційного управління. Предметом дослідження є процес прийняття інвестиційних рішень та діяльність з управління проєктами в компанії Ferrero, включаючи розподіл ресурсів, оцінку ефективності та стратегічне планування.Об’єктом дослідження є організаційні, фінансові та технологічні механізми, які використовує Ferrero Group для реалізації інвестиційних проєктів у межах глобальної діяльності компанії.Методологічну основу роботи становлять системний підхід, економіко-статистичні методи, порівняльний аналіз, оцінка ризиків, аналіз ефективності інвестицій (NPV, IRR), методи прогнозування та моделювання життєвого циклу проєкту.
