Основні принципи діяльності прокурора в кримінальному процесі Франції

Abstract

В статті розглянуто основні принципи діяльності прокурора в кримінальному процесі Франції, досліджено історичний аспект розвитку прокуратури, проведено аналіз кримінальнопроцесуального законодавства Франції. В статті надано характеристику принципів діяльності прокурора у кримінальному процесі Франції, розглянуто основні способи оскарження вироків, що передбачені Кримінальним процесуальним кодексом Франції. Здійснено аналіз основних понять, що застосовуються в законодавстві щодо принципів діяльності прокуратури. Зроблено аналіз процесуальних відносин органів виконавчої влади та судової при співробітництві під час кримінального провадження.
