Investment support for the green transformation of households during the war and in the post-war period

Abstract

The abstract deals with developing a methodological approach to investment support for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in the residential sector of Ukraine. The methodological approach takes into account the available potential of renewable energy resources and energy-efficient opportunities for their implementation in the household sector, the degree of satisfaction of energy needs, the level of environmental pollution in the particular region and the potential for its reduction through the implementation of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, the state of the region's energy infrastructure, etc. The practical implementation of the methodological approach will make it possible to systematize the investment decision-making process based on clear criteria for evaluating renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in households and improve the monitoring of investment results, which will allow timely detection of problems and adjustment of investment strategies according to the state energy policy.

В тезах запропоновано методичний підхід щодо інвестиційної підтримки проєктів енергоефективності та відновлювальної енергетики в побутовому секторі України. Методичний підхід враховує наявний потенціал відновлювальних енергетичних ресурсів та енергоефективних можливостей для їх реалізації в побутовому секторі, ступінь задоволення енергетичних потреб, рівень забрудненості довкілля у відповідному регіоні та потенціал його зниження за допомогою реалізації проєктів відновлювальної енергетики та енергоефективності, стан енергетичної інфраструктури регіону тощо. Практична реалізація методичного підходу дозволить систематизувати процес прийняття інвестиційних рішень на основі чітких критеріїв оцінки проєктів відновлювальної енергетики та енергоефективності в домогосподарствах та поліпшити моніторинг результатів інвестування, що дозволить своєчасно виявляти проблеми та коригувати інвестиційні стратегії відповідно до державної енергетичної політики.
