Abstract	У статті досліджуються питання щодо закріплених ст.11 Закону України “Про захист прав споживачів” прав споживача у разі придбання ним продукції у кредит. Дане дослідження проводиться з погляду на існування проблем щодо споживчого кредитування в умовах фінансової кризи. The article deals with the study of consumer rights in case of purchasing goods on credit referring to Article 11 of Ukrainian Law “About Сonsumer Rights Protection”. This study is being done taking into account the problems of consumer crediting in the conditions of financial crisis.
