Item The role of entrepreneurship in economic development(Sumy State University, 2016) Mirgorodska, V.The functioning of a market economy is inextricably linked to its main actors. It is economic man (homo economicus), which is characterized by rational behavior, their own interests, actively striving for the realization of personality, willingness to take risks and assume responsibility. The implementation of these individual interests takes place in conditions of economic and business activities. In modern conditions this activity got its name as a entrepreneurship or a business that is the potential for economic growth of the country with a market economy type.
