    One of the most contentious topics in modern language studies is the term «concept» which refers to the fundamental element of our perception of the universe (Tatsenko, 2008). А. Martyniuk (2012) in the «Dictionary of Basic Terms of Cognitive and Discourse Linguistics» defines a concept as «the basic unit of structured knowledge in the human mind», which possesses a certain cultural load.

    Negation is a complex multifaceted universal category that is subject to both linguistic and general interests. The problem of the negation concept is one of the key problems of the theory and grammar, and it has long attracted attention of researches. Concept is a mental and psychological entity, while the globalization enables to import concept [4]. Negation is highly complex concept. It is expressed in the language at different levels: lexical, morphological, syntactic. Of all the concept studied in the framework of the philological approach, negation is the most abstract notion.
