Item Theoretical Research Aspects of the Key COVID-19 Trends and Transformation of Indicators in the Healthcare Sphere(Sumy State University, 2023) Діденко, Ірина Вікторівна; Диденко, Ирина Викторовна; Didenko, Iryna Viktorivna; Kurovska, Yu.; Dzwigol, H.New cases of the coronavirus disease and its fatal consequences continue to be recorded even now, almost three years after the first detected case. The problem of the COVID-19 spread worries the world community because the virus affects the social, economic, environmental, political, and other spheres of every person’s life. The pandemic reality has brought a massive range of changes to the everyday life of both Ukrainians and representatives of other nations. The purpose of this study is to identify general trends in the dynamics of indicators of the COVID-19 rate and transformation vectors of critical indicators in the healthcare system. The article reviews modern publications on COVID-19 and healthcare. This study presents the dynamics of changes in Ukraine’s health, life, and mortality indicators concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. The urgency of this problem is due to the further detection of new cases of illness and death from COVID-19 in Ukraine. The issue of its spread requires further new research. Analytical and graphical methods were used to predict structural changes in morbidity, mortality, and factors affecting it. The data forecast period covers the years 2021-2023. The accuracy of forecasts is assessed by the MAPE and RMSPE quality criteria. The obtained results showed that the number of cases of illness and death from COVID-19 in Ukraine would decrease over the forecast period due to the increase in the birth rate and vital activity in the pandemic conditions. In the current realities of the world, human resources are of integral importance both for Ukraine with its current situation and for the world in general. The results of further research will play an essential role in the timely detection of new cases of coronavirus disease and the prevention of fatal consequences in the future. For the political structure, this study will help to predict possible changes in the behaviour of coronavirus spread for the following months or years. Also, it will introduce the necessary quarantine restrictions promptly. A comprehensive in-depth study of this problem in science and medicine can help determine new factors of behaviour in everyday human life, which affects the virus spread speed. Even though the attention of Ukrainians has shifted from the problem of morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 to the war beginning, this virus still poses a threat to our state and humanity in general.Item Promotion of Innovative Microchip in the Market of Medical Services: Marketing Aspects(Sumy State University, 2022) Діденко, Ірина Вікторівна; Диденко, Ирина Викторовна; Didenko, Iryna Viktorivna; Сигида, Любов Олексіївна; Сигида, Любовь Алексеевна; Syhyda, Liubov Oleksiivna; Markauskaitė, S.In current conditions, people can quickly move between regions, countries, and continents. This freedom of movement makes it easier to share knowledge and strengthen potential. However, the period of the COVID-19 pandemic showed that diseases move too. It becomes more challenging to detect and control conditions in time. Accordingly, there is a need to develop a concept of an innovative product. This innovative product must facilitate the timely detection, treatment, or prevention of diseases caused by pathogenic components, poisons, or toxins that may endanger human life and health during travel. The article aims to develop an innovation in the field of medicine and describe the marketing aspects of its promotion. The study showed that innovation is becoming an essential part of medicine. Artificial intelligence technologies and nanosized (microscopically tiny) materials and objects develop rapidly in the medical sphere. Following specific trends in treatment, we have formed the concept of an innovative product. The essence of the idea is as follows: a microchip «InBlood» can detect specific pathogens and toxins and create opportunities for timely medical care. At the initial stage, it was proposed to produce two versions of the innovative product: 1) «InBlood Tourist» the primary target audience of which are people who travel; 2) «InBlood Life» the target audience of which are people who have health problems and monitor the state of their performance or people for whom disease prevention is important. The analysis of indirect competitors helped to determine the price of innovative microchips. A system of discounts has also been developed. In addition, it is advisable to use a multi-channel distribution system to sell innovative microchips. It means using direct sales through online stores and sales departments of the manufacturer and sales through intermediaries. Thus, the principal intermediaries in the sale of chips «InBlood Tourist» will be travel agencies and «InBlood Life» – medical centers. For the innovative microchip promotion on the market, we proposed the following plan of communication activities: (1) participation in international electronics exhibitions; (2) collaborations with techno-bloggers on Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok; (3) personal presentation of goods to future partner companies (medical centers, travel companies, etc.); (4) launch of review articles on technological and tourist resources and stories in the media; (5) mailing to consumers, launching contextual advertising, and targeting search networks; (6) placement of outdoor advertising in the form of billboards and interactive screens. Moreover, a brand with a complete visual identity will be formed. Thus, the practical significance of the article consists in the strategy formation for innovative microchip presentation and dissemination among consumers in the field of medicine.Item State Policy of Improving Medical Care for Newborns in Conditions of Medical Reform in Ukraine(Sumy State University, 2021) Діденко, Ірина Вікторівна; Диденко, Ирина Викторовна; Didenko, Iryna Viktorivna; Moroz, T.; Prasol, L.The paper analyzes the policy of improving medical care for newborns in the context of medical reform in Ukraine. The state policy of improving medical care for newborns in other countries is analyzed. The directions of improving medical care for newborns in the conditions of medical reform in Ukraine are generalized. A comprehensive analysis of the current state policy of improving medical care for newborns on the example of Shostka Central District Hospital. The tendencies to improve medical care for newborns in Shostka district hospital are analyzed. The directions for improving medical care for newborns in the conditions of medical reform in Ukraine are determined, and recommendations for the improvement of medical care for newborns are offered. The study’s relevance is justified by the fact that, on the one hand, the preservation of life and health of children has always been and remains a priority for any civilized state, as it determines the level of its social, economic, and humanitarian development. On the other hand, current socioeconomic conditions determine the opportunities for the development of medical science and technology and their accessibility to the population, which dictate their problems and priorities in the field of public health and its essential component – newborns. Extremely high dependence of life and health of the newborn on medical and organizational and information technologies, optimization of medical care for pregnant women, mothers, and their children. The problem of the quality of care for newborns in current economic and social conditions is acquiring some new areas that require practical solutions. The work aims to theoretically substantiate the priority directions of the state policy of improving medical care for newborns in the context of medical reform in Ukraine and analyze its results in the example of Shostka Central District Hospital. The object of the study is the state policy to improve medical care for newborns in the context of medical reform in Ukraine. The subject of the research is the priority directions of the state policy of improving medical care for newborns in the conditions of medical reform in Ukraine. General scientific theoretical methods were used to solve the outlined tasks and achieve the goal of the research: study and analysis of scientific sources on the research problem and generalization of data. Statistical methods were also used. The survey results allowed us to scientifically substantiate the priority state directions of improving the quality of care for newborns. The transition from measures that replace the quality control activities of already provided medical care to a quality management system will ensure continuous, targeted improvement of newborns’ results, prognosis, and health indicators.
