    Exploring Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Business Training in the Microfinance Sector: Using the Industrial Marketing Purchasing (IMP) Approa

    Microfinance institutions provide business training to its clients/owner managers to start and expand businesses. The literature reveals that business training given by MFIs helps improve the performance of both the MFIs and its clients (i.e., Owner managers of microenterprises). In effect, due to business training, MFIs can have improved loan repayment rates, client retention, and client satisfaction, while the owner-managers can have better sales, profits, and skills.

    Due to the potentially negative impact on the employees’ well-being and productivity, the stress in the workplace becomes one of the most difficult problems for the enterprise’s successful operation. The frequency of its manifestations in the workplace is constantly increasing. These issues are especially relevant in the Covid-19 era, when HR managers constantly have to form and implement policies to protect the employees’ mental health and general working conditions. It creates the preconditions to identify the factors underlying the occurrence of stress and employees’ potential behavioral responses.

    Influence of Leadership Practices on Organizational Safety Performance

    This study analyzes the reasons why leadership does not influence the counteraction to incidents (through the implementation of safety systems and technology), which cause serious injuries or deaths in US oil and gas companies. The modified Delphi method summarizes eight oil and gas industry experts’ consensus on how leadership can reduce workplace incidents and improve organizational safety performance.

    Analysis of Factors Influencing Adoption of Human Resource Practices by Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Nigeria

    In the XXI century, one of the most valuable resources of any organization is human capital. The effectiveness of the organization and the use of other resources depend on the formation quality and the use of the human capital. Today, many factors affect small and medium scale enterprises that lead to their rapid bankruptcy and liquidation, significant staff turnover and reduced productivity. Under these conditions, attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel as the primary determinant of economic development and growth of small and medium scale enterprises is significantly relevant. Minimizing the negative impact of external and internal factors made by small and medium scale businesses requires recognition of the value of the human resources in improving the enterprise’s competitiveness and the effective management tools implementation.

    Document Review: Journal Articles, Performance Evaluations, and Organizational Citizenship Terminology

    The purpose of conducting the document analysis was to visually compare various performance review documents with topical literature noting the exclusion of language that identifies and measures organizational citizenship behaviors among employees in formal performance evaluation processes. A document analysis consisted of reviewing 56 publicly accessible, recent, and random performance review documents and 30 peerreviewed journal articles identifying terms related to organizational citizenship behaviors.

    This paper summarizes how social media and other technologies continue to proliferate; the shifting economic landscape will precipitate more adaptive approaches for managers attempting to understand the multidimensional virtual aspects of communication with the artificial intelligence aspect. Also, we discover the different existing support of big data analytics to make the rational business decision. The methodology is the systematization literature sources within this context and approaches for underlining approach to open big data analytics and support innovative leadership decisions in Canada.
