The offered new theoretical and methodological approaches to management of innovative activity motivation at the state level and level of the enterprises-innovators are based on estimations of motivational potential and indicators of socio-eco-economic efficiency and effect (cumulative and marginal) of innovative activity ecologization, and also on definition of correcting possibilities of ecological innovations consumers’ perception. The results of research are basis of formation of the effective motivational mechanism of innovative activity ecologization.
