Item International cooperation of agricultural public organizations of Ukrainian provinces of the Russian Empire (early 20th century)(Sumy State University, 2021) Lysenko, M.S.Метою статті є вивчення міжнародного співробітництва аграрних товариств і його впливу на модернізацію українських губерній. З’ясовано, що міжнародна діяльність розвивалася від особистих зв’язків до багатостороннєго співробітництва. До завдань громадськості варто віднести проведення численних заходів. Автором відтворено процес участі членів аграрних организацій у різних міжнародних заходах, зокрема виставках. Підкреслено, що ці контакти мали обопільний інтерес. Вони надавали можливість членам добровільних асоціацій переймати зарубіжний досвід. Значну увагу приділено ініціативам окремих осіб – членів сільськогосподарських товариств. У статті вивчене питання проведення аграрними об’єднаннями екскурсій, практик для місцевих землевласників за кордоном. Нами звернута увага на широке коло країн, з якими співпрацювали представники аграрних товариств. Ініциатива аграрних громадських організацій отримала допомогу уряду, були засновані експортні палати. Сільськогосподарські товариства стали їх активними учасниками та співзасновниками. Зроблено висновок про те, що перейняття зарубіжного досвіду і контакти з іноземними організаціями і фахівцями сприяли якісним змінам у суспільстві.Item Corporate culture: paradigms of realization in modern russia's fuel - energy branch(Сумський державний університет, 2014) Gostenina, V.I.; Koryukin, A.P.The article is dedicated to the problem of autopsied private company from the state's conglomeration of petroleum branch. This problem correlates with the Russian's traditions of the management, which are connected with the collectivist' culture. The transformation of the culture traditions compells the company to use different kinds of corporation culture, inside of the one. In the research authors describe the cultural reforms from the leader's one, which is named as “Spider” to the form characterized as directed to achieve the rational gourds and effective effective financial aims. This assessment authors achieve with the analyze of the attitudes into the microgroup of the private company “Autogassystem”. The main interest of the article is trades of the formation of the national traditions, witch are presented in the global socium as intergroup values. Formation of these values of business - company in Russia appears in the same time as private companies are selected from the state sphere of the gas - branch.
