The inverse piezoelectric effect has been recorded and its quantitative characteristics have been determined.Item The Photoluminescence Properties of Ablated ZrO[2] Nanoparticles(Sumy State University, 2016) Kuzmenko, A.P.; Pugachevsky, M.A.; Dobromyslov, M.B.The method of optical spectroscopy determined photoluminescence properties of zirconia nanoparticles produced by laser ablation. The effect of annealing of nanoparticles in the range from 400 to 1000 °C on their luminescence is investigated. It is shown that the emission of the luminescence make it possible to conclude about the type of defects in the structure of nanoparticles and their dynamics during annealing. It is established that the HfO2 nanoparticles of the high-temperature tetragonal and cubic phases with a quantitative content up to 50 % are formed on the surface of the substrate at room temperature during the laser ablation with intensity of 1010 W/m2. It is shown that with increasing the substrate temperature the average size of the ablated nanoparticles decreases and the quantitative content of the high-temperature phases is increased up to 70 %.Item Nanostructure Changes of Magnetron Copper Films with a Glass Ceramic Substrate(Sumy State University, 2015) Kuzmenko, A.P.; Kuzkо, A.E.; Dint, Naw; Than, Myo Min; Dobromyslov, M.B.; Emelyanov, S.G.; Chervyakov, L.M.The present paper deals with the results of comprehensive research of heated in the air magnetron copper films by atomic-force and scanning electron microscopy, Raman scattering, IR-Fourier and X-Ray phase analysis, and spectral ellipsometry. According to the results of nano techniques, the relationship between amplitude and phase-frequency components of ellipsometric measurements and phase structure transformations has been established. The structural transition in the vicinity of 573 K, has been found.Item Structural Phase Transition in CdSb + 3 % MnSb Composite at a High Hydrostatic Pressure(Sumy State University, 2015) Dzhamamedov, R.G.; Mollayev, A.Ju.; Kochura, A.V.; Abakumov, P.V.; Arslanov, R.K.; Marenkin, S.F.; Dobromyslov, M.B.In CdSb + 3 % MnSb composite, structural properties have been studied, specific resistance ρ and Hall coefficient RH are measured at a high hydrostatic pressure of up to P ≤ 9 GPa. An irreversible structural phase transition is found at barometric dependencies p(P) and RH(P). From our experimental data, barometric dependencies of carrier concentration and their mobility are calculated. On the basis of the heterophase structure – effective medium model, characteristic points and parameters of the phase transition, and also dynamics of variation of the initial phase volume C1 as a function of pressure are computed. The latter dependence is in agreement with the investigation results of Raman scattering before and after application of pressure.Item Effect of a Stable Magnetic Field on Silicon Properties(Sumy State University, 2015) Timoshina, M.I.; Akimov, E.V.; Gulamov, A.A.; Kochura, A.V.; Dobromyslov, M.B.The effect of a constant magnetic field (0.17 T) on microhardness, kinetics of photoconductivity decline and electro conductivity in silicon crystals is studied. The nature of changes of micromechanical and electrophysical characteristics in samples is investigated as a function of time elapsed after magnetic treatment. The results obtained are discussed in terms of magnetic field stimulated processes occurring in a subsystem of structural defects.Item The Hydrothermal Autoclave Synthesis of the Nanopowders of the Refractory ZrO2 and HfO2 Oxides(Sumy State University, 2015) Karpovich, N.F.; Pugachevsky, M.A.; Panfilov, V.I.; Kuzmenko, A.P.; Dobromyslov, M.B.The nanopowders of the transition metal ZrO2 and HfO2 oxides were obtained by the hydrothermal autoclave synthesis. The nanoparticles possess a rounded shape and a size range of 40 to 80 nm (ZrO2), of 10 to 40 nm (HfO2). X-ray diffraction analysis and electron microscopy show that the structure of the nanoparticles is monoclinic.
