Item Епідеміологічні особливості діарейних інфекцій в Україні(Издательский дом Заславский, 2017) Doan, S.I.; Малиш, Ніна Григорівна; Малыш, Нина Григорьевна; Malysh, Nina HryhorivnaТяжкість інфекційного процесу при гострих кишкових інфекціях у сучасних умовах в Україні вивчалася згідно з офіційними статистичними звітами Міністерства охорони здоров’я України з використанням описових й аналітичних методів епідеміологічних досліджень. Установлено, що епідеміологічна ситуація із захворюваності на гострі кишкові інфекції несприятлива. Найвищі показники були зареєстровані на адміністративних територіях, прилеглих до Чорного й Азовського морів, а також у Харківській області. У нозологічній структурі переважають гострі кишкові інфекції невідомої етіології і ті з них, що викликані вірусами й умовно-патогенними мікроорганізмами. Епідеміологічна ситуація з гострих кишкових інфекцій ускладнюється спалахами, що найчастіше викликаються сальмонелою і виникають на підприємствах громадського харчування.Item The effect of combine probiotic lacto on interleukin's levels in acute intestinal infections caused by opportunistic microorganisms(Сумський державний університет, 2014) Devid, C.M.Acute intestinal infections (AII) caused by opportunistic microorganisms (OM) family Enterobacteriaceae are one of the most actual health problem. At present, information about the features reactivity of the immune system in response to the invasion of OM has not been studied. Was found that immune parameters have a higher prognostic rank than clinical and medical history and other laboratory data. Thus, monitoring the levels of cytokines in the serum of patients allows to identify patients at increased risk of complications and possible protracted disease course and justify the effectiveness of therapeutic agents. Пирогова Минздравсоцразвития России, 2013) Полов`ян, Катерина Сергіївна; Половьян, Екатерина Сергеевна; Polovian, Kateryna SerhiivnaНа даному етапі, в зв'язку з розширенням спектру резистентності бактерій до антибіотиків, в інфектології використовується колоїдне срібло з розміром частинок 25 нм в якості альтернативи традиційному лікуванню гострих кишкових інфекцій. У дослідженні взяли участь 50 пацієнтів з середньотяжким перебігом гострих кишкових інфекцій. На додаток до загальних клінічних досліджень у всіх пацієнтів були вивчені сироваткові рівні IL-1β, IL-6, IL-4, IL-10 і sIg A при надходженні і (5,73 ± 0,16) день з початку захворювання. Використання колоїдного срібла при лікуванні гострих кишкових інфекцій, в порівнянні з базисною терапією, зменшує тяжкість запальних і деструктивних змін в шлунково-кишковому тракті.
