    Отримано дифрактограми розвернутої ґратки, яка складається з волокон полiанiлiну. Проведено аналіз оцифрованих дифракційних картин та апроксимовано методом найменших квадратів набір експериментальних даних. Розраховано кут повороту дифракційної ґратки на основі коефіцієнтів кривих другого порядку.

    The Problem Field of Professional (Vocational) Education: Innovations and Ways to Improve

    The need for systemic changes in vocational education is considered since the sphere of higher education is in dire need of professionals capable of developing their students, mastering new educational technologies and new pedagogical and administrative tools. The authors reviewed the main methodological approaches and substantiated the use of the synergetic approach to finding ways to improve vocational education. As such a path, the authors proposed a synergy of a personal learning environment along with the correct motivation of students. The authors clearly showed the mechanism of the personal learning environment and the place of each of its participants and proposed a possible variant of the task for the student in this environment and the criteria for its assessment.

    The need for research into the effective application of blended learning technologies and evaluation of its effectiveness for universities, students, teachers and society is determined by little experience in the use of blended technologies. Consequently, the aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of blended learning models for student learning in view of the specifics of academic subjects. The research involved the methods of survey, simulation, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics. The following models were involved in the studies of the first- and fourth-year students of the higher educational institutions (HEIs) of Ukraine during the semester: rotational, Enriched Virtual model, and a combination of rotational model to study professional subjects and Enriched Virtual model to study humanities.

    In the era of globalization and internationalization of the economy, the only criterion for efficiency and effectiveness of economic entities is competitiveness. Ensuring the competitiveness of economic entities in the international market in a global pandemic has become especially important. Globalization is a defining feature of the world economy, and economies’ dependence on foreign markets is growing. Thus, the development of global competition necessitates the development of economic strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. The authors proposed organizational and financial principles of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise, information, and analytical tools for controlling the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, identified and demonstrated the logic of harmonizing business management goals using analytical tools for managing the efficiency of the enterprise and developed methods for integrated assessment of enterprise competitiveness. Techniques of statistical, economic, and financial analysis were used in the study; used research methods: grouping, analysis, synthesis, comparison, etc.

    Institutional Instruments of Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic Integration

    The article is devoted to improving the Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine. The authors investigated the main stages and the current state of the Euro-Atlantic integration of the state and outlined the institutional mechanisms for implementing state policy Ukraine-NATO. The authors elaborated on the main mechanisms of implementation and the Euro-Atlantic course of the state in the context of each of the ministries responsible for implementing the provisions of the Association Agreement identified “weaknesses”, analyzed the experience of countries, and proposed institutional tools for Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic integration. The study has a significant political impact and contributes to the stable development of the state, maintaining the institutional and legal foundation for further reforms and continuing a coherent and consistent state policy in the field of Euro-Atlantic integration after the change of Parliament and E-Government

У виданні викладені дії особового складу вогневих підрозділів артилерії, що пов’язані з вибором, підготовкою, зайняттям, правилами подачі і виконання команд під час ведення вогню, залишенням вогневої позиції, а також порядок поводження з гарматою, КМУ старшого офіцера батареї і боєприпасами на вогневій позиції. Видання може використовуватися безпосередньо під час навчальних занять як особистий конспект студента, так і навчальний посібник під час самостійної підготовки.

    Digital Marketing Tools for Managing the Development of Park and Recreation Complexes

    Digital marketing tools are actively used in managing the development of park and recreation complexes to familiarize the population with the objects of natural heritage. This article aims to empirically evaluate digital marketing tools for popularizing the park and recreational complexes. The methodology was based on the concept of ecosystem value of park and recreation complexes as a natural heritage site. These methods included: identifying and selecting websites with information about park and recreation complexes in Slovakia and Ukraine. structural analysis of the main channels of online details about natural parks. Assessing the current state of online identity of the studied sites from the perspective of Internet users. The results indicate that to manage the development of park and recreational complexes developed their driven official websites in the Internet space, on which sections structure the information with the allocation of data on tourism and recreational potential. The article identifies additional digital marketing tools for managing the development of park and recreation complexes, particularly social networks and tourist websites. There is a sufficient amount of information about tourist recreation sites within these natural parks and tourist routes. Among the main problems of the websites: the information on the websites is entirely textual, there is a lack of sufficient data on social networks, despite the created official pages, there is no video content, which was more attracted tourists and visitors, allowing a visual assessment of the tourist potential; there is a problem of many communication channels to present the natural heritage of the countries. The research proves that the website is the primary and most common digital marketing tool for natural heritage, structuring information about tourism potential and recreation.

    Adaptive Management of Transport Logistics in Agricultural Enterprises

    Agriculture is a complex logistics system with some features and limitations. The logistics system usually operates in conditions of pronounced uncertainty, characteristic random processes, so the aim of the article is to study and develop recommendations for improving the adaptability of transport logistics management in agricultural enterprises. In the article, the authors considered the specifics of logistics processes occurring in agriculture. The importance of cooperation in the development of logistics of the agro-industrial complex formed based on intersectoral cooperation of public transport enterprises, institutions, service and infrastructure organizations, which have separate transport units, united by technological and economic ties, and use a variety of resources of the region for the formation and implementation of transport services. The financial content of cluster development as a tool of competitiveness and innovative activity of agricultural enterprises is reflected, which allows realizing the available potential to increase sales.

Навчальний посібник "Тактична медицина" призначений для підготовки студентів, які вивчають курс тактичної медицини на кафедрах військової підготовки ВНЗ не медичного напрямку. Посібник також може бути корисним під час організації та виконання заходів індивідуальної підготовки військовослужбовців з тактичної медицини у Збройних Силах України, інших військових формуваннях, а також в установах, закладах та організаціях, що здійснюють підготовку (навчання) військовозобов'язаних та допризовників.

    Analytical methods of calculation of powered and passive trajectory of reactive and rocket-assisted projectiles

    Context. Within the framework of the accepted simplifying hypotheses, an approximate scheme of calculation of the parameters of the active and passive sections of the trajectory is proposed, which allow to study the trajectory properties of the existing as well as perspective samples of the reactive and rocket assisted projectiles. The object of the study is a model for the calculation of the trajectories of the reactive and rocket assisted projectiles based on a nonlinear system of differential equations of motion of the center of mass of the solid. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to propose for practical apply a new system of corrections in the range and direction for deviation of the flight conditions of the projectiles from the table value, based on the calculations of elements of the trajectory of the projectiles at the end of the active section of the trajectory, which greatly improves the accuracy of preparation of installations for firing and as a result  the effectiveness of hitting the target. Objective. The goal of the work is to propose a new system of corrections in the range and direction for deviation of the flight conditions of the projectiles from the table value, based on the calculations of elements of the trajectory of the projectiles at the end of the active section of the trajectory, which greatly improves the accuracy of preparation of installations for firing and as a result  the effectiveness of hitting the target. Method. The proposed analytical method allows to: determine the set of indicators characterizing the process of approaching the rocket projectile from the guide and clarify the initial conditions necessary to solve the system of equations of motion on the active section of the trajectory; which is regarded as a standalone trajectory that affects the course of the projectile's flight on the active section of the trajectory. The calculation of the passive trajectory plot for rocket projectile and the second passive plot for active rockets projectile is necessary to obtain the trajectory parameters at the point of fall (in the vicinity of the target) which is important for the correction of fire in the subsequent defeat of the target by reactive (active-reactive) projectile's (mortar shells). Results. The developed calculation method was tested in the estimation of the accuracy of the calculation of the elements of the trajectory of projectile movement. Conclusions. The calculations performed on the basis of the developed analytical method confirm the workability of the proposed mathematical support and allow recommending it for practical use in solving problems of external ballistics with the prospect of optimizing the trajectory of motion of controlled and unmanaged flying objects. Prospects for further research are to create consistent methods for calculating tactical and technical indicators of new types of ammunition.
