Удосконалення системи менеджменту на підприємстві

Abstract

Актуальність обраної теми обумовлена потребою у постійному удосконаленні системи менеджменту в умовах нестабільного соціальноекономічного середовища держави. Метою роботи є розроблення шляхів удосконалення системи менеджменту у салоні краси з метою розв’язання існуючих на підприємстві проблем. Методологічною основою роботи є загальнонаукові методи дослідження (системний підхід, аналіз, синтез, теоретичне узагальнення та ін.), методи теорії менеджменту. Дана робота спрямована на визначення оптимальних шляхів для підвищення ефективності менеджменту у салоні краси. Реалізація запропонованих у роботі напрямків та шляхів удосконалення системи менеджменту дозволить салону краси «НТ Studio» розширити свою присутність на ринку побутових послуг у м. Суми, надасть можливість скористатися державними програмами для розвитку бізнесу, оптимізує витрати на розхідні матеріали та сприятиме підвищенню ефективності діяльності закладу. Розроблені пропозиції з удосконалення системи менеджменту можуть бути застосованими для підприємств малого бізнесу.The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need for constant improvement of the management system in the conditions of the unstable socio-economic environment of the state. The purpose of the work is to develop ways to improve the management system in a beauty salon in order to solve the problems existing at the enterprise. The methodological basis of the work is general scientific research methods (system approach, analysis, synthesis, theoretical generalization, etc.), methods of management theory. This work is aimed at determining the optimal ways to improve the efficiency of management in a beauty salon. The implementation of the directions and ways to improve the management system proposed in the work will allow the beauty salon "NT Studio" to expand its presence in the market of household services in the city of Sumy, will provide an opportunity to take advantage of state programs for business development, optimize costs for consumables and will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the organization's activities. The developed proposals for improving the management system can be applied to small businesses.
