Abstract The proposed control facilities for a liquid flows by introduction hydrodynamic-active additives (HDAA) are material- and energysaving. The input of the HDAA in a capsules on the bottom of a chisel chink is carried out with the action of forces of weight, and their dissolution in a flow of a liquid does not require stirrers [3]. Concentration HDAA in a flow is determined by the hydraulic resistance of the tubes of periodic varyable crosssection without using the chemical compounds and any complex equipment [4]. The regulation of HDAA concentration in a circulating flow is achieved due to the energy of a flow [5]. The stabilization of the liquid discharge at the variable pressure in the pipeline [6] and regulation of distribution of a liquid between several pipelines [7,8] is provided with forces of gravitation without any additional sources of energy and expedient from the point of view of exception of using of different kinds of energy in one system. It has also advantages at application on the objects with rather high temperatures and in explosive-dangerous conditions. Such regulation of the liquids flows is simple in realization, rather inexpensive and, on our sight, is a step in using of HDAA in systems of hydroautomatics.
