Abstract Electrochemical process model, offered by the authors, is taking into account influence hydrodynamical, electrical and kinematycal factors on process of electrochemical processing, allows for the first time theoretically to explain occurrence of a mode of short circuit and to offer measures on its prevention. For example, application of a relay control system, invariant under the relation to change of circuit parameters and external Indignation, which provides besides jptimality on speed.
