Abstract: In the experiments on the white rat-males line Wistar found out that acute, dinamic, ingalating intoxication by the flying compounds of the epoxyde resine ED-20 (ER) increase the intensity of peroxide lipoid oxidation (PLO) in the animal liver. Showed, that the strongest anti-radical and anti-oxidazative activity in the process of poisoning by ER belong to quercetine. A bit less expressed influence on the process of PLO in liver showed lipine and clofibrate. Action of flavinate was more expressed on the phase of free-radical (FR) forming; was less expressed then for lipine and clofibrate and carried a biphased disposition with maximum decrease of FR in 6 and 72 hours after the intoxication by ER. Anti-oxidazative qualities of flavinate manifestated in early-; and of acetylcysteine - in earlier terms of experiment. When we used omeprasole the essential influence on the process of PLO in the poisoning animal liver hadn’t seen.
