Abstract	This study examines an information component in investment appeal evaluation of the enterprise. The enterprises can receive necessary resources in the stock exchange by issue the shares and bonds. The emitter must organize a complex system of measures covering all possible directions of investment appeal regulation. It`s necessary to note an unsufficient attention gives to researches of information aspects in the economic theory. The information about the enterprise is the tool helps it both increase and completely lose its value as object of investment, crediting and contractual relations.
