Abstract

In article the necessity of formation of the terminological device, as initial point of researches in sphere of management the ecological development of economy, is described. The author has analyzed existing approaches to definition of concepts of innovational development and the financial mechanism of management, and also has tried to formulate new essence of these concepts in view of an ecological component.
