Abstract

Authors give the data according to which Vegener granulomatoses is met at 4-10 cases per 1 million of the population. Despite of more than 60-year’s period of studying the illness is more often recognized on autopsy than at clinical inspection. The reason is the illness polyviscera. Quite often it demonstrates or becomes complicated with and creates additional difficulties at verification of the illness. On a clinical example of pleurisy with effusion etiological diagnostics of pleurisy with effusion the authors illustrate a complexity of the process even at bioptat histological research.
