Abstract The purpose of research was the study of the brain tissue density by echoencephalography at newborn with hypoxemic-ischemic encephalopathy serious degree. The 34 term newborns was studied in term from 4 for 26 days of life. The method of research was echoencephalography with performance of histograms. The results of researches have shown, that zones of the greatest damage are the areas of a blood supply of a forward cerebral arteria and area of a triangle of lateral ventricles at conservation left-to-right symmetry of a defeat. Most dependent from rate blood circulation region of damage of a brain tissue are the areas of a blood supply of a forward cerebral arteria.
