Abstract The author gives the literature data on the grounds of which acute pleuritysi in significant percent of the events moves over to chronic. In modern epidemic situation on tuberculosis, the specific pleurities are quite often complicated in chronic. Under operative treatment оf chronic pleurisy is possible to damage layer surrface of pulmonary and will be following local complications. For the reason warning the lasts, the author offers under corresponding to evidence, execute intrapleural toracoplastic not less then five ribs of all volume.
