Abstract	In the given work the approach to calculation of a final rating estimation of knowledge with use of hybrid neural-fuzzy information technology is offered. The structure of fuzzy expert system of final estimation is offered, set of fuzzy predicate rules of system functioning is developed, the fuzzy logic conclusion according to modified Takagi- Sugeno’s algorithm is realized.
