Abstract	There is unquestionable the necessity of using and mutual enriching of management and ecology at present. It is impossible without this the attainment of ecologically sustainable development both of a firm and whole society. In this connection it is necessary to work out ecological and economic instruments which may determine and describe the potential conflicts between production process and restoring properties of the environment on the stage of investment project (IP) efficiency estimation. The indicators which characterize IP ecological safety may be: efficiency, thrifty and margin.
