Abstract	Peyer's patches of the small intestine is one of the first barrier against antigens in the human body. They are dynamic systems, and actively respond to external and internal factors. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of cyclophosphamide on the structure of Peyer's patches of the small intestine of immature rats.The study was conducted on 36 albino immature male rats weighing 60-90 g.
